Link sharing
A share link opens a read-only view of the diagram. The viewer sees the model as published, not the editor, and no account is required to open it.
Embedding
An embed link puts a live view of the diagram inside another page — a wiki, an internal portal, a design document — so the diagram people read is the current one rather than a screenshot taken months ago.
Teams and collaborators
Inside the workspace, collaborators are named per diagram with the access they need. Combined with the approval workflow, who can see, who can edit and who can approve are three separate questions with three separate answers.

Questions
Do viewers need an account?
No. Share, present and embed links open read-only without one.
Does an embedded diagram stay current?
Yes, it renders the published diagram rather than a static image.
Can sharing be turned off?
Yes — sharing is a capability that can be withheld at the workspace level.
